Just got these Topsung walkie talkies for a family camping trip, and here's the scoop!

The Good: The range is solid—about a mile in open areas, and the sound quality is surprisingly clear even with some background noise. Love that they’re rechargeable (no more hunting for AA batteries!). The NOAA weather alerts are a nice touch, though they can be spotty when clouds roll in.

The Meh: The earpiece? Oof. It’s bulky and uncomfortable after 10 minutes. Also, the belt clip feels flimsy—lost one during a hike when I tripped over a root. Not ideal for rough activities.

Verdict: Great for casual use (campus, festivals, light camping), but don’t expect military-grade durability. If they fix the earpiece and clip, these would be 5/5.
