Okay, so I've been using the HiBy M300 for about two weeks now and... wow. Just wow. This little thing punches WAY above its weight class.
First off - the sound quality? Mind-blowing for something this size. I'm using it with my KZ ZSN Pro X IEMs and the separation is insane. Like, I can actually pinpoint where each instrument is coming from in complex jazz tracks. The CS43131 DAC is no joke.
The Android 13 system runs buttery smooth too. Downloaded Spotify, Tidal, and even some random podcast apps - no lag at all when switching between them. The Snapdragon 665 handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat.
Size-wise? Perfect Goldilocks zone. Fits in my jeans pocket but the screen is big enough to actually use comfortably. Way more portable than those brick-sized DAPs that cost three times as much.
Battery life has been solid - getting about 10-12 hours of continuous playback with my FLAC files. Charges fast with USB-C too which is nice.
Only minor gripe? The buttons could be more tactile. But honestly at this price point? Can't really complain when everything else works so well.
If you're looking to dip your toes into the DAP world without breaking the bank, this might just be the perfect starter device. It's made me rediscover my music collection all over again!
