Let me start by saying I was skeptical about compression shirts actually doing anything beyond making you sweat more. But after wearing the Odoland slimming shirt for my daily workouts and even under work clothes, I'm pleasantly surprised.
The first time I put it on was a STRUGGLE - like wrestling with a very determined python. I went with my usual size (medium) based on reviews suggesting to size down for compression, and wow does it compress! The first 10 minutes felt like being hugged by an overenthusiastic bear, but then my body adjusted.
Where this shirt really shines is during workouts. It keeps everything... contained. No more uncomfortable jiggling during burpees or jumping jacks. The material wicks sweat surprisingly well - no swampy feeling even during intense sessions. And yes, it does make me look noticeably slimmer under clothes - my partner actually asked if I'd lost weight!
Now the not-so-great: The arm holes are TIGHT. Like 'might cut off circulation if you have muscular arms' tight. I can only wear it for about 8 hours max before needing to change. Also, the front/back design is nearly identical - I've definitely put it on backwards more than once.
For the price though? Solid purchase. It's become my go-to for workouts and days when I want that extra confidence boost under my clothes. Just don't expect miracles - it's shapewear, not a magic wand.
