Okay, so I've been using this CLC rainwear for a while now, and here's my honest take.
First off, the durability is surprisingly good for the price. My first set lasted me 3 years of fishing trips in Alaska and Washington. It kept me dry and even protected my clothes from fish blood (which is a weird but appreciated bonus).
The sizing is... tricky. Definitely order one size up if you plan to wear clothes underneath. I made that mistake at first and felt like a stuffed sausage. Also, the pockets aren't super sturdy - one almost came apart from constantly reaching for my phone.
Biggest issue? You'll stay dry from rain but get soaked in sweat. The material doesn't breathe at all. I did bike deliveries in these and had to dry my clothes afterwards from all the sweating.
On the plus side, when it fits right, it works great. The elastic cuffs are nice, pockets are deep, and it does keep water out effectively when cycling (just prepare to be sweaty).
Final verdict: Good budget option if you size up correctly and don't mind sweating more than usual.
