The battery life is legit - I get through 2-3 workdays without charging. But heads up, the LED display doesn't show pumping duration which is kinda annoying when you're timing sessions.

About the noise level: it's quieter than my old pump but still makes this weird humming sound? Like a distant refrigerator. Not silent as advertised but won't wake a sleeping baby.

Major pro tip: GET THE RIGHT FLANGE SIZE! The standard 24mm didn't work for me at first until I got inserts. Made all the difference in comfort and output.
