Okay, so I've been using this ultra-thin hand sander for about a week now, and I'm OBSESSED. Seriously, where has this been all my life?
The first thing that struck me was how ridiculously thin it is (just 3mm!). It slides into my toolbox like it's not even there, but don't let the slim profile fool you - this thing packs a serious punch when it comes to sanding power.
What really blew me away was how it handles corners. I was working on some baseboard trim and this sander just... worked. Like magic. The semi-rigid flex creates this perfect downward pressure that makes sanding corners actually enjoyable (who knew that was possible?).
The included sandpaper assortment is legit quality too - from P120 to P320 grits. Though fair warning: if you need super coarse grits for heavy paint removal, you'll need to supply your own below P120.
Pro tip: You can cut sheets from 2-3/4'' rolls if you want to use your favorite brand of sandpaper with it. The hook and loop system holds everything super secure.
After using folded sandpaper for years like some kind of medieval peasant, this feels like space-age technology. My hands aren't sore, my nails aren't wrecked, and I can actually feel the surface I'm working on through the tool.
10/10 would recommend to anyone who does any kind of woodworking, DIY projects, or furniture refinishing. This little guy has earned a permanent spot in my go-to tools!
