Okay, so I've been using this cookbook for about a month now with my AmazonBasics bread machine. Here's the real tea:
First off - the recipes actually WORK. Like, shockingly well? I've made like 5 different breads and they all came out edible (which is saying something because my last attempt at homemade bread was... tragic). The instructions are super detailed about machine settings which is clutch.
BUT here's the annoying part - the formatting is whack. Why are all the recipes in this weird vertical layout? I had to bust out my highlighters just to make sense of it. And zero pictures? Come on Amazon, it's 2023.
Also heads up - some recipes mention settings my machine doesn't even have? Like they didn't fully customize it for the Amazon machine which seems... ironic.
Final verdict: If you can deal with the janky formatting and don't need pretty food pics, it's actually super helpful for learning your machine. Just maybe don't pay full price for it.
