Okay, so I finally upgraded to this hygger light after using basic aquarium lights for years, and WOW what a difference!

The 24/7 mode is insane - it actually mimics sunrise and sunset with this gorgeous color transition over 15 minutes. My fish used to freak out when lights suddenly turned on/off, but now they don't even notice the change. Nature vibes!

I'm obsessed with the customization options. There are like 9 colors (blue is my fave for nighttime) and you can adjust brightness from 10-100%. My plants have never looked better - they're growing like crazy under that full spectrum light.
