First off, the tummy control is NO JOKE. I wore these under a tight dress for a date night, and my stomach looked FLAT. Like, ‘did I even eat today?’ flat. The compression is firm but doesn’t feel like I’m being suffocated—major win.

The butt lift? Subtle but effective. It’s not that crazy BBL look (thank god), just a nice rounded lift that made my jeans fit way better. The fabric is surprisingly soft too—no weird itching or sweating.

Now, the downsides: The thigh grips DO help with rolling… but after 6+ hours, mine started creeping up a bit. Also, sizing is tricky—I went with reviews suggesting to size up (I’m usually M but got L), and it worked, but if you’re between sizes, maybe check their chart twice.
