Okay, so I’ve tried a LOT of spice blends, but this Cowboy Butter stuff? Game. Changer.
First off, that smoky paprika + garlic + mustard combo? *Chef’s kiss*. Slapped it on some ribeyes last weekend and my neighbor literally came over asking what smelled so good. (Shared the secret—and the steak.)
PROS:
- That buttery finish is unreal—like someone melted herb butter INSIDE your meat. Magic.
- Used it on roasted Brussels sprouts (weird flex, I know) and now my veggie-hating kid asks for them. WHAT.
- Derek Wolf clearly knows his fire—this blend makes everything taste flame-kissed even when I slightly char it to oblivion.
CONS:
- Salt level’s no joke. Go light if you’re watching sodium (or just drink extra margaritas to balance it out).
- The container’s huge… which would be a pro except now I’m putting it on popcorn, eggs, even avocado toast. Send help.
10/10 would recommend—just maybe don’t tell your BBQ crew about it unless you wanna share. 😉
