First off, this thing clips on like a dream! Super easy to install and remove, which is great for when you need to check the compass away from your bike (more on that later). The rubber spacer is a nice touch—fits my skinny road bike bars and my buddy’s chunky MTB setup.

The thermometer? Solid. Gives me freeze/heat warnings, though the numbers are TINY. Had to squint mid-ride once. Pro tip: don’t mount it near brake cables if you want the compass to work. Mine got magnetically hijacked by steel cables (physics strikes again!).
