Let me start by saying the S23 FE is a fantastic phone for the price. The 6.4" AMOLED display is gorgeous - colors pop, blacks are deep, and that 120Hz refresh rate makes scrolling buttery smooth. I've been binge-watching Netflix on this, and the HDR10+ support really shows.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat. Gaming? No problem. Multitasking? Easy. Coming from an older Android device, the speed difference is night and day.
Battery life has been impressive - that 4500mAh battery easily gets me through a full day with moderate use. The camera system surprised me too. That 50MP main sensor takes sharp, vibrant photos even in low light (though the telephoto could be better).
Now for the not-so-great: The wireless charger situation is confusing. Some units come with it, some don't (mine didn't). Also be VERY careful about model numbers - make sure you're getting SM-S711U if you need full carrier compatibility.
Despite these quirks, I'd still recommend this phone. It's a great value if you want premium Samsung features without flagship pricing. Just double-check what's included before buying!
