Let me start by saying this cabinet is a mixed bag. On one hand, it's a budget-friendly option for organizing your network gear, but on the other, you might encounter some frustrating issues during setup.
The assembly process was surprisingly quick - I had it up in about 15 minutes with basic tools. The steel feels decently thick (0.8mm), and at 50kg capacity, it handles my Cisco switch and patch panel without sagging. The vented design does keep things noticeably cooler than my old open rack.
However, I nearly cut myself on the sharp edges of the mounting rails (seriously, wear gloves!). The front door lock is comically bad - my cat could probably pick it with her claws. And like other reviewers mentioned, some bolt holes didn't line up perfectly during assembly.
The included 10'' shelf is handy for smaller devices, but beware: if your equipment is deeper than ~16'', look elsewhere. My friend's Dell server wouldn't fit despite being "19-inch compatible" - always double-check depth requirements!
For home use or small office setups where security isn't critical, this gets the job done. But if you need professional-grade reliability or have expensive gear, consider spending more on better brands. It's like buying IKEA furniture - functional but don't expect perfection.
