Just installed these Bosch QuietCast pads on my 2003 Toyota 4Runner, and wow – the difference is night and day compared to my old worn-out brakes. The first thing I noticed was how QUIET they are – no more embarrassing squeaks when rolling up to stoplights. Even cold mornings don’t faze them.

The stopping power feels incredibly confident, especially when towing my small camper trailer. The pedal has this firm, linear response that makes downhill driving less stressful. Plus, my wheels stay shockingly clean – ceramic really does make a difference with brake dust!

Installation had one hiccup: the included clips were slightly oversized for my caliper bracket. Like another reviewer mentioned, I ended up reusing my original clips after some trial and error. Took an extra 15 minutes but wasn’t a dealbreaker.

After 3 months and about 2,500 miles (including some rough forest service roads), they’re wearing evenly with no noise issues. For the price point, you’re getting near-OEM quality without the dealership markup. These might just become my go-to pads for all our family Toyotas.
