Okay, so I've been using this 20-piece matte black flatware set for about 3 months now, and here's the tea...
First off, the aesthetic? *Chef's kiss*. These bad boys make my avocado toast look like it belongs in a Michelin-star restaurant. The matte finish is so sleek - no fingerprints, no weird reflections when I'm trying to take food pics for the 'gram.
Durability has been surprisingly good! I was worried about scratches since I basically throw everything in the dishwasher (adulting is hard), but they've held up better than my last relationship. Only minor fading on one fork that got into a fight with my blender bottle.
Weight-wise, they feel substantial without being heavy. Like that perfect middle ground between 'cheap plastic spork' and 'overcompensating steak knife.' The spoons are particularly great - thick enough to scoop rock-hard ice cream straight from the freezer.
Only con? My roommate keeps 'accidentally' taking pieces to work. Guess that's more of a roommate problem than a silverware problem though.
Would I buy again? Absolutely. These have survived weekly taco nights, impromptu dinner parties, and my questionable cooking experiments. 9/10 would recommend (minus 1 point because nothing's perfect).
