Okay, so I was super excited to get this cookbook since I recently bought a Cuisinart bread machine. The title promised '1200 days of baking bliss' - how could I resist?

But here's the tea... many recipes just don't deliver. Like, why are some recipes not even for the bread machine? That's literally what I bought this book for!

The loaves keep coming out dense AF. Maybe it's me? But I followed the instructions to the letter. My poor family has been eating brick-like bread for weeks now.

On the bright side, my Cuisinart machine itself is amazing! Just maybe not with these recipes. Save your money and stick to online recipes tbh.
