First off, let me say how much I appreciate how lightweight and unobtrusive this tracker is. Unlike some bulky smartwatches, the Fitbit Inspire 3 disappears on my wrist - I often forget I'm wearing it until it vibrates to remind me to move after sitting too long at my desk.
The sleep tracking has been eye-opening (pun intended). Seeing my sleep stages visualized makes me more conscious about winding down earlier. Though I will say - sometimes seeing a 'Poor' sleep score first thing in the morning isn't the most pleasant wake-up call!
Changing bands was indeed tricky at first - that push pin mechanism had me sweating! But after swapping between the small and large bands a few times, I've got the hang of it. The included screen protectors gave me peace of mind when I inevitably bang my wrist against door frames.
The Active Zone Minutes feature has completely changed my walks. Instead of just counting steps, I now find myself power walking up hills just to see that satisfying buzz when I hit my cardio zone. It's turned mundane neighborhood strolls into mini workouts.
Battery life has been decent for me - about 5 days with regular use. Not amazing, but considering how much data it's constantly collecting, I can live with charging twice a week during my morning shower routine.
My only real gripe? The food and water tracking feels clunky compared to other apps. I mostly ignore those features and stick to what this device does best - movement motivation and health insights delivered in a sleek, comfortable package.
