Installation was surprisingly easy - just a few screws and it was up on the wall in minutes. The included key for opening the dispenser makes refills simple, though I do wish they'd included an extra key as I'm constantly misplacing mine!

The pump mechanism has held up beautifully through daily use by my family of four. It dispenses just the right amount of soap - not too little that you need multiple pumps, not so much that you waste product. The transparent window is super helpful for knowing when to refill.

My one major complaint mirrors what another reviewer mentioned - there's about an inch of soap that just won't pump out at the bottom. The corrosion-proof lining seems to be doing its job well - no rust or discoloration despite constant exposure to moisture in my humid bathroom environment. At this price point, I'd say it's a good value if you can live with that last bit of wasted soap.
