

After using the Riveira Extra Large Cutting Board for several weeks, I can confidently say it's transformed my meal prep experience. The 36x24-inch surface feels like a luxury - no more juggling ingredients on tiny boards! Chopping veggies for stir-fry became a joy when I could line up all ingredients at once.
The solid bamboo construction gives satisfying heft without being unmovable. Unlike plastic boards I've used, knives glide smoothly without leaving permanent scars. As a bonus, it doubles perfectly as a stovetop cover in my small apartment kitchen - creating instant counter space when needed.
However, the warping issue mentioned in reviews is real. Despite religious oiling (which I recommend doing immediately), mine developed a slight curve after three weeks. It hasn't affected functionality yet, but I now store it vertically rather than flat to minimize further bending.
For large-batch cooking or entertaining (it makes an impressive charcuterie display!), this board excels. Just temper expectations about long-term flatness and be prepared for its storage footprint - finding wall space to hang mine was tricky!
