Just got these blue light glasses and I have mixed feelings. First off, they look pretty stylish and the clear lenses are a plus since they don't make everything look yellow like some other blue light glasses do.
The package came with some cute extras - a mini screwdriver (super handy!), individual cases for each pair, and even this weird blue light demo card that's kinda fun to play with.
Comfort-wise, they're not bad. I can wear them for a few hours without feeling too much pressure on my nose or ears. But here's the thing - one pair already snapped when I accidentally sat on them (oops!). The frames definitely feel like cheap plastic.
Do they work? Honestly, my eyes do feel less strained after long Zoom meetings, but I'm not 100% convinced it's not placebo effect. For the price though, they're decent enough that I'll keep using them until I can afford something more premium.
