Okay, so I finally got these reusable incontinence underwear after seeing mixed reviews. Here's my take!

First off, the material is actually really nice - super soft microfleece inside and the waterproof outer layer feels durable. My sensitive-skin family member didn't have any irritation issues.

BUT...the sizing is WILD. I'm a 28-inch waist and these could probably fit someone twice my size. They ride up crazy high - like almost to my ribs? The adjustable tabs help, but there's just SO much extra fabric.

The quality seems great though! They wash well (follow the temp instructions) and would probably be perfect for larger body types. Just know if you're petite/small-waisted, you'll be swimming in them.

Biggest con: NO inserts included! Had to hunt down compatible ones separately which was annoying. Would be 5 stars if they at least suggested what inserts work with them.

Final verdict? 3.5/5 - great concept but needs better sizing options and should include insert recommendations!
