I was excited to try this portable hotspot for my international trips, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. The device arrived late, and when I finally got it, I couldn't even get it to turn on properly.

The SIM card compatibility issues were frustrating - none of my cards worked despite the product description claiming wide compatibility. When I tried to return it, I was shocked to learn I had to pay expensive tracked shipping back to China, which cost more than the device itself!

During a camping trip where I really needed internet access, this hotspot failed me completely. It wouldn't connect even after following all troubleshooting steps. The battery life was nowhere near the advertised 72 hours - mine wouldn't hold a charge at all.

The LED display is practically useless when the device doesn't function. What's worse is that by the time I realized how defective it was, my return window had closed. Save your money - this product doesn't deliver on any of its promises.
