After using this automatic soap dispenser for weeks, I'm impressed by its touchless operation but found some design flaws worth mentioning.
The motion sensor works flawlessly - it detects my hand instantly and dispenses soap in 0.25 seconds. No more messy pump bottles! The adjustable foam settings (4 levels) let me control exactly how much soap comes out, which helps conserve product.
Installation is versatile with both countertop and wall-mount options. The included adhesive stickers held strong on my bathroom tile, though I worry about long-term adhesion on textured surfaces. The USB-C charging is convenient - mine lasted nearly 3 months before needing a recharge.
However, the dispensing nozzle sits too close to the unit. I constantly bump the device when cupping my hands, and sometimes soap drips onto the counter. The opening for refills is frustratingly small - trying to pour thick liquid soap without spilling requires surgeon-level precision.
While marketed for both foam and liquid soap, it definitely works better with diluted solutions (I use 1 part soap to 3 parts water). Pure liquid soap often clogs the mechanism. The waterproof base does its job well - no leaks even when placed near my splash-happy kitchen sink.
For $30, it's a decent upgrade from manual pumps, but don't expect perfection. If they extended the nozzle another inch and widened the refill opening, this would be a 5-star product.
