Okay, so I've been using this ab roller disc for about a month now and here's the real tea ☕
First off - it's WAY harder than it looks! I thought I'd be rolling like a pro on day one but nope. My abs were screaming after just 5 reps. The instability actually makes you engage way more muscles than regular crunches.
The good stuff:
- Super portable (I've used it in my living room, bedroom, even took it to the park once)
- That little knee pad is clutch (almost threw it away thinking it was packaging lol)
- You can get creative with moves - side rolls are killer for obliques
The not-so-good:
- No instructions at all! Had to YouTube how to use it properly
- Almost pinched my fingers a couple times when the wheels rolled over them
- Works better on hard floors than carpet
Pro tip: Start slow and maybe put a towel under your knees at first. This thing will humble you real quick if you go too hard too fast.
Overall? Solid 7/10. It's fun once you get the hang of it, but definitely not for complete beginners.
