The three modes are brilliant. I mostly use Smart Mode, but Energy-Saving Mode is perfect for when we're away. The manual mode with remote (sold separately) gives me complete control when I need piping hot water fast.

Installation was straightforward, though I did need to get creative with positioning under my sink. The included 12-inch hoses were just barely enough – consider buying longer ones if your setup isn't standard.
