After using the YNF Smart Plugs for a few weeks, I have mixed feelings. On one hand, they offer great remote control via the Smart Life app and work well with voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home. Setting them up was quick, taking less than two minutes, and the connection remained stable.
However, their bulky design is a major downside. These plugs take up too much space on double outlets, making it impossible to use the adjacent socket. This is frustrating in homes where outlet space is limited.
The voice control feature is hit or miss. While some users report seamless Alexa integration, others (including myself) struggled to connect them properly. The timer and scheduling functions work well through the app though.
For the price, these smart plugs deliver basic functionality but fall short in design and reliability. If you can overlook their size and occasional connectivity issues, they're an affordable entry into smart home automation - just don't expect perfection.
