After testing the Ab Machine Waist Trainer Belt for weeks, I have mixed feelings. The adjustable strap and multiple modes (warming up, exercising, relaxing) make it versatile for home or office workouts. The included arm belts and gel sheets add value—but does it deliver results?
The Good: When used correctly, the EMS pulses DO engage your core muscles. I felt a tightening sensation after 20 minutes, similar to post-workout soreness. For beginners, the low-intensity modes are great for easing into ab training.
The Bad: The snaps are frustratingly weak—they pop open if you bend or move too much. Also, the lack of a securing belt (you’ll need to DIY one) makes it slide around on rounder stomachs. Battery life is decent but requires 6 AAA batteries (not included).
Verdict: It’s more of a muscle toner than a six-pack miracle worker. Works best as a supplement to real workouts—not a replacement. 6/10.
