Okay, so I took a chance on this compression shirt after seeing mixed reviews. Here's my real take after wearing it for a few weeks:

First off - sizing is WEIRD. I normally wear XL shirts but had to size up to 2XL for this to fit right. The zipper + hook closure system actually works better than I expected though.

The compression is no joke! It really flattens everything out under dress shirts. I wore it to a wedding and didn't feel like I was suffocating (which happened with other shapewear). The back support is legit too - my posture definitely improved.

BUT... the arm holes are cut strange? Like they're too long so sometimes you get that weird side-boob effect if you're not careful. And hand washing this thing is annoying as hell.

Material feels decent - not scratchy but not super breathable either. Wouldn't recommend for intense workouts unless you want to swim in sweat.

Overall? 7/10. Does what it promises if you get the sizing right, but has some design quirks. Would maybe buy again if they fix the arm hole situation.
