Okay, so I've been using this Amazon Basics cleanser for a few weeks now, and here's the tea ☕️:
First off, the GOOD: This stuff is crazy gentle! My skin is that annoying combo of sensitive + oily, and most cleansers either strip me dry or make me break out. But this one? Perfect middle ground. It leaves my face feeling clean but not tight, and no weird redness after.
The ceramides and hyaluronic acid actually seem to work? Like my skin feels plumper somehow. And bonus - it doesn't sting when I accidentally get it in my eyes (we've all been there).
Now the BAD: That pump though 😤 It's like they designed it to fail. Mine broke on day 3. Had to MacGyver it by pouring into an old CeraVe bottle. Amazon, if you're listening - FIX THE PUMP!
Also heads up - if you're expecting some luxurious spa foam, this is more of a 'polite lather' situation. But honestly? For the price difference from name brands, I'll take it.
Final verdict: Would repurchase (with a backup bottle ready for the great pump transfer ritual). 4/5 stars - loses one for packaging fails.
