PROS:

- That 'swipe 4 times to hold door open' feature is genius for movers/deliveries

- Software actually works on Win11 (shocking for industrial gear)

- Their support team replies faster than my pizza deliveries

CONS:

- Wiring diagrams made my eyes cross until I found their installation videos

- Had to buy mag locks separately (budget another $200-300)

Real talk: If you're comfortable wiring a ceiling fan, you can handle this. Saved thousands vs big-name systems. 9/10 would secure again.
