Let me start by saying I've tried my fair share of shapewear, and the Nebility Tummy Control Shorts surprised me in both good and not-so-good ways. The double-layer fabric definitely smooths everything out - no more muffin top peeking through my favorite bodycon dress! I wore these to a wedding for 8 hours straight, and unlike other shapewear that digs in, these stayed put without rolling down.

The butt-lifting feature is REAL. Most shapewear flattens my backside like pancake batter, but the single-layer fabric here actually gave me a nice rounded shape. My friend even asked if I'd been working out! However, if you're looking for serious waist cinching, temper your expectations. While it holds everything in place nicely, I didn't notice dramatic waist reduction.

Comfort-wise, these are winners. The breathable mesh kept me from sweating buckets during summer events. That said, sizing is tricky - I normally wear medium but needed small for proper compression. The thigh bands with lace detailing are genius - no sausage-leg effect and they stayed put without cutting off circulation.

Would I recommend? Absolutely for smoothing and subtle shaping. Not so much if you want extreme waist training. These are my go-to for all-day wear when I want to look polished without feeling like I'm in a medieval torture device.
