Okay, so I was THIS close to buying a JBL Flip 6 when my friend shoved this Miatone in my face. Two of these bad boys cost less than one Flip 6? Sign me up!

The sound quality blew me away - like seriously, how does this beer-can-sized speaker pump out such clean audio? The separate woofer and tweeter setup makes rock music sound absolutely crispy. Bass heads might wanna look elsewhere though - it rolls off around 60Hz.

Pro tip: Stick it near a wall and the passive radiators work magic! Suddenly you've got this booming little monster that shouldn't physically be possible at this size.

Battery life is insane - 7 hours at party volume, probably double that at normal levels. The battery protection features (auto-shutdown, low battery alerts) show they actually care about product longevity.

The RGB lights are fun but drain juice fast. Build quality feels premium with that soft-touch fabric and rigid frame. Only complaint? The damn lights default to ON every time.

For $40? Absolute steal. JBL who?
