Okay, so I've been using these Energizer MAX 9V batteries for about 3 months now in different devices, and here's my real-world experience:
First off, the PowerSeal Technology actually works! I put one in my smoke detector and it's still going strong after all this time. No annoying low battery chirps in the middle of the night (we've all been there).
What surprised me most was how well they performed in my outdoor holiday lights. Normally I'd be changing batteries every few weeks, but these lasted through the entire season. That's some serious staying power!
The expiration dates on mine were good (2028), though I did see some reviews mentioning later dates elsewhere. Maybe worth checking if that's important to you.
One thing to watch out for - the packaging could be better. When the battery terminals touch during shipping, they can discharge a bit. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of when you receive them.
Overall? Solid performance at a reasonable price point. Would definitely buy again for my smoke detectors and other essential devices where reliability matters.
