Let me start by saying this router is a mixed bag. For $20, you get decent speeds (300Mbps on 2.4GHz and 900Mbps on 5GHz) and the setup is surprisingly easy through the browser interface. I used it to connect my wireless printer and smart TV simultaneously without buffering issues during 4K streaming.
The four 5dBi antennas do provide wider coverage than I expected - my two-story townhouse gets signal everywhere, though strength drops noticeably in the backyard. The MU-MIMO technology works as advertised, handling multiple devices well during family movie nights.
However, the setup process can be frustrating. Like some reviewers mentioned, the mobile interface doesn't display properly - I had to use my laptop for configuration. The documentation reads like it was translated poorly, making advanced features like setting up guest networks needlessly complicated.
Build quality feels cheap (it's literally light as a feather), and while it works with major ISPs as claimed, I wouldn't trust it as my primary router for heavy usage. It's more of an emergency backup or simple home solution.
Bottom line: For basic WiFi needs on a budget, this gets the job done. But power users or those needing whole-home coverage should look elsewhere despite the attractive price tag.
