Okay, so I’ve been using this RESHE waist trainer for about a month now, and let me tell you—it’s a rollercoaster. First off, the sweat factor? LEGIT. I wore it during my morning jog, and I was dripping like crazy. The high-waist design really traps heat, which is great if you’re trying to sweat out water weight.
But here’s the thing—the fit is kinda weird. I got the 2X/3X (I’m around 200lbs), and while it technically fits, the thigh straps feel like they were designed for someone with toothpick legs. The Velcro holds up, but it’s not exactly comfortable after an hour. Also, pro tip: let it air out when you first get it unless you wanna smell like a rubber factory.
The arm bands? LOL. I have what my grandma calls ‘strong arms,’ and these things barely made it past my elbows. Ended up just using them as extra thigh straps (shoutout to DIY solutions).
Now, the good stuff: my posture improved almost instantly! The back support is no joke—I felt like a Victorian lady in a corset (but in a good way?). And under clothes? Surprisingly discreet if you wear high-waisted bottoms.
Would I buy again? Maybe if they fix the sizing issues and durability (already seeing some stitching come loose). But for now? 3.5/5 stars—great concept with some execution flaws.
