The mesh fabric is surprisingly breathable. Wore it under a dress shirt during a summer wedding and didn't turn into a sweaty mess. Plus that back support thing really works - caught myself standing taller without even thinking about it.

Size tip: Go with your normal size. I'm 5'10", 190lbs and the large fits perfect. At first I panicked because it looked tiny out of the package, but the stretch is insane. Pro tip: Put it on like you're putting on a wetsuit - wiggle into it gradually.
