First off, I was pleasantly surprised by how soft and comfortable this cuff feels against my skin. The nylon fabric doesn't irritate at all, and the Velcro doesn't pull on arm hair like some cheaper cuffs do.

The medium size fits my slim arms (about 10 inches) perfectly - finally a cuff that doesn't slide around or feel loose! It stays snug during measurements without being uncomfortably tight.

I use it with my Omron BP7450 and the included connectors worked flawlessly. The airbag inflates smoothly and gives consistent readings compared to my old worn-out cuff.

My only minor complaint? The hose could be a few inches longer. When sitting at my desk taking measurements, I have to keep the monitor closer than I'd prefer. But for the price, this is still a great replacement option.

After three months of daily use, the Velcro still holds strong and there's no signs of wear. Much better quality than I expected for an aftermarket cuff!
