I was excited to try the NICECHEF Over The Toilet Storage Shelf to declutter my tiny bathroom. The idea of a 3-tier organizer seemed perfect for storing toiletries and extra rolls of toilet paper.

Assembly was a breeze—no tools needed, and it took me about 10 minutes. The freestanding design slid right over my toilet (though I double-checked measurements first, as some reviewers warned about fit issues).

At first glance, it looked cute and functional. I loaded it up with towels, soaps, and a small plant. But within days, I noticed the plastic shelves bowing slightly under minimal weight. One shelf developed a small tear when I accidentally bumped it while cleaning.

The metal frame feels sturdy enough, but those thin plastic shelves are disappointingly flimsy. It works okay for ultra-light items like toilet paper or decorative baskets, but I wouldn't trust it with anything heavy like bottles or ceramics.

For the price, I expected better durability. It's serving its purpose for now in my guest bathroom (with very careful use), but I'll probably replace it soon with something sturdier.
