I've been using the Club 1100 LX for about six months now, and it's become an essential part of my car security routine. The bright red color makes it highly visible, which is exactly what you want in a deterrent - it screams 'move along' to potential thieves.

Installation is a breeze once you get the hang of it. I position mine with the key access facing the dashboard, making it even more challenging for anyone trying to tamper with it. The automatic locking mechanism is a nice upgrade from older models - no more fumbling with keys to secure it in place.

The weight is substantial enough to make sawing through it a real chore, but not so heavy that it's a burden to handle. I did notice it left slight indentations on my leather steering wheel after prolonged use, so I've started using it only when parking in higher-risk areas.

The new dimpled European-style keys are a significant improvement - much harder to duplicate than the old versions. I keep one key on my ring, one at home, and one hidden in the car as backup. The lock's solid construction gives me peace of mind, especially when parking overnight in unfamiliar areas.

While no device is 100% theft-proof, this Club makes my car a much less appealing target. After years of using various security devices, I can confidently say this is one of the most effective visual deterrents available.
