Just installed the 4x3m Elite Impact Screen for my home golf simulator setup. Here's my real-world experience after 2 weeks of heavy use:
The Good: Image quality is crisp AF! My projector visuals look tournament-level sharp, way better than expected for a single-layer screen. The polyester material actually handles ball impacts surprisingly well - no visible dents after 300+ drives.
The Bad: Those reinforced grommets? Total letdown. Mine started tearing after about 800 shots (not even the claimed 1000). Had to DIY reinforce the corners with extra straps. For €300, I expected military-grade stitching.
Pro Tip: If you buy this, immediately reinforce the grommet areas BEFORE installation. Used some heavy-duty washers and marine-grade thread - now it's holding like a champ.
Final Verdict: 7/10. Great visual performance but corners were cut (literally) on the hardware. Would recommend only if you're handy with modifications.
