Okay, let me start by saying HOLY COW this thing is massive. Like, 'had-to-rearrange-my-entire-living-room' massive. But in the best way possible.
The 4K HDR picture is seriously impressive for the price. Watched The Mandalorian and felt like I could count the pores on Baby Yoda's face (weird flex, I know). Colors pop without looking cartoonish, and the blacks are decent - though not OLED-level.
Gaming on this is smooth as butter with the 120Hz VRR. Played some Forza Horizon and didn't notice any lag or screen tearing. The auto game mode is a nice touch that actually works.
Now the not-so-great stuff: The viewing angles are meh. If you're not dead center, the picture washes out. Also, Google TV feels like it was designed by engineers who've never actually watched TV. Why is finding my apps so complicated?
Pro tip: Grab a Fire Stick if you're already in that ecosystem. Works perfectly with the TV's remote too.
Sound quality shocked me - that built-in subwoofer actually bumps! But serious movie nights still need a soundbar.
Delivery was... an experience. Two guys basically demanded a tip for carrying it inside (which I didn't ask for). Awkward.
For under $700? Absolute steal. Just know it's not perfect, but it's 85 inches of pretty-damn-close-to-perfect for the price.
