Let me start by saying this machine is a BEAST when it comes to specs. That 31.5" 4K display? Absolutely stunning for photo editing - colors pop like I've never seen before, and the anti-glare coating actually works when I'm near windows.
But here's where things get messy. That beautiful NVIDIA GTX 1650 GPU? It's basically a paperweight unless you're gaming. I tried everything to make it my primary graphics driver for video editing, but HP's locked BIOS won't let me disable the integrated Intel graphics. Super frustrating when you pay for premium hardware you can't fully use.
The Bang & Olufsen speakers are legit amazing though - I canceled my external speaker order after hearing how rich the audio is. And that 1TB SSD makes everything lightning fast... when it works.
Which brings me to the elephant in the room: reliability. Mine died RIGHT after warranty expired, taking all my files with it. No warning, just... dead. HP's support was completely useless when I called about both the hardware failure and the GPU issues.
Bottom line? Gorgeous to look at, incredible specs on paper, but between the locked-down BIOS and questionable longevity, I can't recommend this as anything more than a very expensive Netflix machine.
