Okay, so I've been using this Pafal Pilates Board for about a month now and here's the tea ☕
First off - the GOOD: This thing is crazy compact! I live in a tiny apartment and it folds into this cute little cube that fits perfectly under my couch. No assembly needed which is a major win for my lazy self.
The resistance bands are actually helpful? Like, as someone who's never been able to do a proper ab rollout before, the assisted movement makes me feel less like a flailing fish out of water.
BUT (and there's always a but)... The knee pad is basically a joke. It's thinner than my ex's excuses. I had to fold a towel under it or my knees would be screaming. Also slides around like crazy on hardwood - definitely recommend putting a yoga mat underneath.
Weirdest thing? I actually see results? Like after 2 weeks of inconsistent 10-minute sessions (let's be real), my core feels stronger. Can't see abs yet but I can feel them hiding under there somewhere!
Final verdict: 4/5 stars. It's not perfect but for the price and convenience, it gets the job done. Just don't expect gym-quality equipment.
