Okay, so my old Midea remote died a tragic death (RIP to leaked batteries). This replacement was a total steal and works like MAGIC.

No setup drama - just popped in AAA batteries and boom, controlling my AC like I'm some tech wizard. All buttons match my inverter unit perfectly.

Small rant though: why can't I switch the remote's temp display to Fahrenheit? My AC shows F but this stubborn little thing insists on Celsius. Not a dealbreaker but kinda annoying when half-asleep at 3AM.

For the price? 10/10 would recommend to anyone with compatible Midea models. It's literally identical to the original but way cheaper. Just don't expect bilingual temperature skills.
