I recently got my hands on the DEAYOU 24 Colors Petal Craft Ink Pad set, and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. The waterdrop-shaped pads are adorable, and the variety of colors initially got me excited. However, the reality was a bit different when I started using them.
The colors look vibrant in the pans, but when stamped, some shades like the greens and blues blend together, losing their individuality. The red is more of a pinkish watermelon hue, which wasn’t what I expected. The gold and silver are decent, though—they add a nice metallic touch to projects.
On the plus side, the sponge is thick and holds ink well without leaking, making it easy to get an even stamp. The small handles are handy for rearranging the pads, though the plastic cases feel flimsy. Mine arrived with a few cracked lids, which is frustrating since proper sealing keeps the ink fresh.
Despite the flaws, I’ve found these useful for quick card-making and kids’ crafts. They’re washable and non-toxic, which is great for family projects. Just don’t expect professional-grade results—these are more for fun, casual crafting.
