Okay, so I was skeptical about this $40 table but dang - it's actually pretty solid!

The assembly took me about 20 minutes (pro tip: use your own screwdriver). The instructions were clear, though one screw gave me trouble - had to really muscle it in there.

Love the shaker style design! The black finish looks way more expensive than it is. The open shelf is perfect for books, and the cabinet hides all my random bedside clutter.

My cats have turned it into their personal jungle gym - jumping on it daily - and it hasn't wobbled once! I did accidentally kick it in the dark (oops) and it didn't even budge.

Not gonna lie, the materials feel a bit cheap up close. The sides are that fake wood stuff, but the top is real wood. For the price though? Totally worth it.

Would I buy it again? Absolutely! Already planning to get another for my office. Just don't expect heirloom quality and you'll be happy.
