Okay, first things first – this dough proofer is a LIFESAVER for my freezing cold kitchen. No more waiting 5 hours for my sourdough to barely puff up!
The setup was a bit confusing though. Came with random screws and zero English instructions. Had to play detective with Google Translate (shoutout to tech!).
Once I figured it out? MAGIC. The temperature control is crazy precise – my babka dough rose like it was on vacation in the tropics. The humidity settings make such a difference compared to my old 'bowl with damp towel' method.
Size note: Fits 2 round + 2 oblong loaves max. Not huge, but perfect for home bakers. The surround heating works amazingly – no cold spots!
Bonus: Made yogurt in it last week?! This thing is secretly a kitchen multitasker. Definitely recommend despite the initial translation struggles.
