Okay, so I took a gamble on these 'leather' combat boots after seeing mixed reviews. Here's my real talk review after 2 weeks of wear:
First off - they're NOT real leather. The PU material looks decent from afar but feels plasticky up close. The 'vintage' look is more 'cheap costume' in person.
The foldable shaft feature? Actually kinda cool! The snap buttons work well for converting between ankle and mid-calf height. But one popped off after my third wear.
Comfort is... meh. The insoles are thin as paper. Had to add my own gel inserts. Walking more than 30 minutes makes my feet ache.
Waterproof claim holds up! Walked through puddles and my socks stayed dry. But the 'non-slip' sole? Nearly ate pavement on wet pavement yesterday.
Final verdict: 2.5/5 stars. They'll do for occasional wear or costumes, but don't expect quality or longevity. Wouldn't buy again.
