Okay, so I just devoured 'That Wylde Woman!' in one sitting (who needs sleep anyway?) and holy crumpets, this isn't your grandma's regency romance!
Lady Marleigh is EVERYTHING - she's out here running businesses, schooling dukes, and casually sword fighting like it's nbd. Finally a heroine who doesn't faint at the sight of her own shadow!
The chemistry with Duke Andrew? Chef's kiss. Their banter had me grinning like a fool on public transport. That scene where she schools him about investments? Iconic.
Small warning though - the POV jumps around like a caffeinated rabbit. And someone please tell the editor to close their quotation marks! But honestly? Didn't even care because the story's that good.
If you like your historical romance with extra sass, a dash of mystery, and heroines who could probably bench press the male lead, this is your jam. Already pre-ordered book 2!
