Okay, so I finally got my hands on this UDAREIT butcher paper roll after hearing so much hype about it. Let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint!

First off, the size is perfect for most smoking sessions. 12 inches wide and 60 feet long means I'm not constantly running out mid-cook like with some other brands. Though I do agree with other reviewers - wider would be nice for those massive briskets!

The paper itself is sturdy enough to handle all the meat juices without falling apart, but still lets the steam escape for that perfect bark formation. My last brisket came out with the most beautiful dark crust I've ever achieved - way better than when I used foil!

Bonus points for being unbleached and unwaxed. I feel much better knowing there's no weird chemicals leaching into my food. Plus, it's surprisingly versatile - I've used it for everything from smoking meats to wrapping gifts and even as a table runner for backyard parties.

My only minor complaint? No built-in cutter. But honestly, that's such a small thing compared to how well this paper performs. Definitely ordering again!
